Petrel Close has three bedrooms and two-bathrooms and is suitable for a family with children, with a pool and lovely garden.

The open plan dining room has a six-seater suite and the comfortable lounge has wooden doors which open onto the outside patio and garden area with a fenced pool.

The fully equipped kitchen and separate scullery have everything needed for self-catering: oven/hob, microwave, washing machine, and tumble dryer.

Upstairs the main bedroom has a separate shower and a door which opens onto the balcony.

There is an additional lounge upstairs which serves as a small living area with satellite TV.

Downstairs are the other two bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with a double bed and a shared bathroom.

La Mer is an exclusive holiday accommodation overlooking the Hout Bay harbour. It is situated on the side of the mountain and has spectacular views of both the bay and the Chapman's Peak mountain. The house is situated across the road from the beach and is close to many fine restaurants.
